1. What we collect
We collect your contact details (name, email, phone), your business details and the content you supply for your website, billing details, and records of our correspondence with you. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
We use your information to build and run your website, bill you, send service emails (receipts, payment issues, go-live instructions), and respond to your requests. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our platform: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Vercel (systems hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery) — plus professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Some of these providers store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States); we choose reputable providers with strong security practices.
4. Security and retention
Your information is held in access-controlled systems. We keep it while you're a customer and afterwards only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes (typically seven years for transaction records).
5. Cookies
Our website doesn't use advertising trackers. Stripe's checkout sets cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you — email hello@makeitmine.agency. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it; if you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
